Since I started puberty, I would get acne and I would pick at the bumps and it left sores on my face. I would really like to have a more natural look even though I don't wear make-up to cover the spots. Its not alot of them but what I do have, you can clearly tell that I have picked at my face. Now I use Noxzema and it works on occasions. I still break out even though soft drinks are rare and I drink plenty of water. I just don't understand why I still break out.

Get PROACTIV... I had the exact same problem but not till my 20's. I started using proactiv and it was GONE! Its the best thing I've ever done for my skin. I hope you try it... also, its cheaper on ebay!

I own a spa and i recommend getting a chemical/acid peel. This procedure will remove the top layer of your skin, minimizing the appearance of your scars. This treatment can be done every couple of weeks until you've reached your desired appearance

You could go see a dermatologist and try something prescription (or oral antibiotics) or something like microdermabrasion. You could also start at home with exfoliants/scrubs and for marks or scars, try something like mederma. ProActiv also works pretty well to treat and prevent acne, but it's kinda pricey.

Too many causes, most of which you can't stop. Use good sense and fight back...benzoil peroxide is tried and true, use a high quality moisturizer if you get dry. My wife uses a clay scrub and Mary Kay moisture...can't remember her having a pimple.
