When i was 6 or 7 years old I had my birthday party at a place called Libby Lou. It is a great place that does the party. They do the girls hair and put glitter on them . They then get to dress up in whatever they want to . Lastly they go up to the front of the store and do a dance with the birthday girl and all of her friends!! I had a blast, and my neighbor just went and wanted to go right back!!!

Honestly I think birthday partys are just to much these days. I remember while I was expecting my first child she told me that her husband wanted her kids to just have birthday parties with their family. I thought that was mean and awful. I grew up and had BINGO parties and skating parties. I was really spoiled something awful.
But as I had children then saw how much it cost to have say a Chuck E Cheese party I was just shocked. We now have family birthday parties. We all go to my inlaws where we spend time with family and my children get presents from family. It is there special day.
Here is an idea. How about having a mother & daughter day with your little girl. I plan to do this next year with my daughter. You can go to the mall and buy her a new outfit. Take her to get her hair done, maybe go as far as taking her to a make up counter and letting them put make up on her. Then take her out to eat. I am sure she will remember this as much as a costly party some where else.

Chuck E Cheese's is the greatest because the games are also cheap and will keep them entertained. As far as I know mcdonalds still has parties but maybe not where you live. You could also have a bowling party.

In our area we have a place called Jump Zone where it is all inflated bouncers and slides. Chuck E Cheese, Gatti Town, bowling, or Build A Bear. Good Luck!

Pump it up-- it's a jump house place. My friend had a party there. They have like, different kinds of jump houses besides the regular square one. You might get to pick the music. When I went, there was pizza and cake. :-)
My friend was 13, but I think it would be fun for all ages. :)
