The outrigger Aina Nalu on Maui in Lahaina. It's small, reasonable, no frills, close to Front Street. It sits in a residential neighborhood which was a selling point for us. You can feel like a local for a few days. In Honolulu, go wild and stay at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Great location, service , and those beds make you feel very relaxed. The village is like a small town...very cool.

Hi.
In my opinion, the first question you should figure out is which island are you going to stay on. There are good, reasonably priced, quiet resorts on every island, so pick an island based on what you want out of your hawaii vacation, and then think about the resort.
Have a great vacation!

Again I would suggest looking on hotwire.com for a package it is a lot cheaper through them...Trust me..lived on the island all my life and just recently moved...otherwise if you want to do it yourself ...Ohana Hotels are pretty much reasonable...
