get with some friends and go out. It will give you confidence to be in a group.

Don't go looking right away! That will most likely mess you up more... try and find some comfort with friends and family.

The best thing to do is TALK. Find someone to talk to!

If there isn't anyone, then write your feelings down. It really helps. Read over it a few times, edit the points you made and decide what you want to do in order to make yourself happy.

if you are sad or depressed you should focus on getting back to your normal feelings. you don't need to be in a relationship or hooking up to be happy. time will heal your wounds, but in the meantime, focus on being YOU -not who you are when you are with someone.
