Yes, George W. Bush, please don’t rely on your own mind, which you have demonstrated time and time again, is vacuous. Listen to the suggestions of seasoned generals concerning troop numbers, and work on a timely withdrawal from Iraq within the next year or two. If the situation in Iraq descends into chaos, have the wisdom to realize that our continued occupation of the land will not thwart this from occurring. Ultimately all great democracies today had to work out their internal squabbles on their own. The nation you are Commander and Chief over, Mr. Bush, started off in a less than ideal way. We were mired in internal conflict for over a century since the declaration of our independence. Iraq will have to endure the same trials and tribulations that every other great fledgling democracy had to endure, and it will have to resolve much of its own problems on its own.

The "desired" size of both the Iraqi army and the police by the allies is far too small. There are international players on both sides in Iraq. The police and military force should be double or even triple the size.
Iraqi Forces:
1/4 of the military on the western boarder
1/4 of the military on the easern boarder
1/4 of the military in the Sunni triangle
1/4 of the military in the capital.
1/4 of the police in the Sunni triangle
1/4 of the police in the capital.
1/4 of the police on the roads
1/4 of the police in the other cities that are not in the Sunni triangle or the capital.
Increase the general number till the violence subsides.

Best way to solve the Iraq situation is to force the Iraqi Government to put a stop to it! If they don't we need to put 200,000+ troops on the ground and then totally occupy the country! Finishing the mission would have been easier if it was done correctly! Another way get rid of all the US Presidential Administration would probably help too!

Yep, leave and let them get on with it. Support the best option as leaders are concerned in a financial and military way.
The presence of US/UK troups in Iraq is main cause for the chaos, loads of lunatics are comming over the borders just for the chance to kill a few of the "enemy " in a "holy war".
Mind you thats what the goverments want, rather have a battle field in Iraq than have terrorists blowing folk up on US or UK soil.

There is no easy or magical solution-- You and your team have screwed it up so bad, there may not be a solution.
Get neighboring countries involved with solutions, yes even Iran and Syria (of couse beware), talk to the factions in Iraq and get them to chill out.
