It does sound like anxiety... Do u talk 2 a doctor? Then again if u only feel that way during the fall/winter time & if u get depressed then u could have S.A.D (Seasonal affective disorder A.k.A. The winter blues)... Have u ever been diagnose with anything? You should really get 2 see the doctor & maybe get meds if u need it... But if u have S.A.D the only treatment out there is a special light theropy... Hope this helps...

wow that sounds just like me sometimes. i think one of the reasons I used to get really nervous (i don't really have much of a problem w/ it now) was because this guy was always mean to me and I was scared to death of him. I just hated walking into the room knowing that he would be looking at me. But I figured out that I shouldn't care what he thinks, he doesn't like himself very much if he has to make me miserable. I was also afraid that a bunch of things had possibly changed. (example: Have you ever noticed how a bunch of people will dye their hair a totally different color over the break? It may just be a phenomenon that happens at my school, but this girl had this really pretty light brown hair and over Thanksgiving break one time she died her hair jet black! lol not kidding!) so maybe you are afraid of changes. maybe you are afraid that something changed that you weren't afraid of and you might feel out of the loop w/ your friends. But just understand that you can get through another day of school and you haven't changed - you'll always be yourself. And if other people have a problem w/ that, then that's their problem. Don't let other people's stupidity ruin your life like I did for a really long time. It's more of an ongoing thing, and I still have problems w/ it every now and then. Then I just talk to my friends, realize the same thing again, and go on. If you dread school that much, you could think of transferring. Or you could join a sport or do something you really enjoy so you can say, "I might dread this long day of school I have ahead of me, but @ least I can look forward to tonight's game." or something like that. hope this helps any. good luck=)

Sounds like an anxiety problem. If possible, talk to a mental health professional.
If that's not possible, it may be just as useful to read some up-to-date books about anxiety, treating anxiety, etc. A good one I read lately was "The Anxiety Book" from Jonathan Davidson, M.D. and Henry Dreher. Dr. Davidson is or was the director of the Anxiety and Traumatic Stress Program at Duke University Medical Center. This book has good straight-forward facts about anxiety problems.
I would not ignore your problem though. These things can get worse if they are not resolved. They are very treatable though.

Just sounds like anxiety. Maybe see a doctor about it so you can get it under control. It is completely normal to have anxiety - YOU ARE NORMAL. Just relax and realize you are loved and safe and will be okay. If that doesn't help your nerves, there are meds for it, but my suggestion is stay away from them. Most anxiety meds are addictive - ie. xanex and lorazepam.

It may be a form of anxiety. It's common and can be alleviated. You may consider talking to your Dr. and definitely tell your parents. My son went through the same thing. Click on the link below and you may find similarities, but don't just count on the web for advise. Bless you and feel better. Good luck.
