None. The proper spelling is Channukah. In English speaking countries it is often spelled without the "C", because that tends to make us say it like the "CH" in Cheese or Chipmunk. It should be a throaty "h" sound.

It's only a question of how the Hebrew word is transliterated into English spelling. The letter with which Hanukkah begins is a "Het" - which has no exact equivalent in English; it's not quite an "h", but not quite a "ch" sound either. As a result, different people transliterate it in different ways; none of them is right or wrong.

Merely a difference in translitteration. The actual first letter is "chet', which is pronounced like an aspirated "K", sort of a "khh" sound. There is no corresponding sound in English, so some soften it to a simple "H", others bring in the "k". Just don't pronounce it like the "ch" in "chirp".
