Just curious.... me... i have never had sex yet... but when i do i want to be safe

there is a chance a small chance but still a chance. The condom could break and antibiotics cancels out birth control.

Jesus, I hope you're at least on birth control because yes, it is VERY dumb not to use protection if you don't want a child. Sure, it's great that you could provide for a child if you had one... but the real question is, DO YOU WANT ONE? If you were to get pregnant tomorrow, would you be HAPPY with that? Would that be your first choice? Or would you rather wait until you're well and truly prepared, and deliberately try to get pregnant then? If so, start using some f*ing protection already! Don't be a moron! Anyway, it's hard to tell if you're sterile or not. You'd have to see a doctor. No one else can tell you that.

Yes. The condom can break and the pill might not work. But if you want to be 100% sure that you are safe from a pregnancy.. that only leaves you one choice, don't have sex. But that is VERY rare and I think you should be as safe as you can be if you both are using protection.

With two good methods of protection like that, your chances of pregnancy are very, very remote. Just make sure you each know how to use your respective methods properly, otherwise all bets are off.
