Woah...not unless you have an appointment for liposuction.

agree with this statment from previous poster

Not in 3 days. You can loose close to 10 pounds in 2 weeks.
Just eat less than 20 carbs a day.
Average loss is 8-12 pounds in a woman.

But if you have some kind of weigh in target for a temporary goal you might take some water pills and loose a few extra pounds.

You can. Is it healthy? Absolutely not. Will you regain it? You absolutely will. I will tell you what to do since no one else will. It sucks though, and you WILL gain the weight back. You need to lose it the healthy way afterwards.

water and laxatives. nothing else. get some of those chocolate laxatives from walmart, eat about three to four of those little squares, stay well-hydrated. you will sh!t your @5s. go to the gym like one of those fake baked, anorexics.... for about two hours. spend an hour on the elliptical, thirty on the treadmill, fifteen on a bike, and fifteen lifting light weights. if you DO eat, make it just a slice of chicken. boiled. no extra crap on it. this will give you about 200 calories to work with so that you will have a little bit of energy.

you will feel like hell and probaly won't be proud of yourself for losing weight this way. but you will lose those ten pounds in three days. you will also gain it ALL (if not more) right back after you start eating normal.

I went through EXTREME yo-yo dieting for the past three years. Fluctuating between 140 and 160 pounds. I am safe and happy at 145 now. I eat right, work out daily, and indulge resonably without guilt. The thing about the laxatives, is your body becomes accusommed to them. I was eating a PACKAGE of laxatives a day so i would poop out whatever i ate. (i always joked that i was a reverse-anorexic). Let me tell you, it's not healthy. I was always tired and I felt so guilty whenever i ate anything.... even gum. i watch what i eat, i keep it in a food journal, and i work out right. i'm fantastic now.

good luck. i hope losing weight the unhealthy way is worth it to you.

It's possible but VERY unhealthy. You wouldn't be losing it as much as reducing it till the next time you drank a good amount of water. First, no salt. Salt causes the body to retain water, and water is the only thing you can use to drop the pounds in that time period. Second, you would have to use laxatives and anything that would make you goto the bathroom. Mind you, again, this isn't good for you but it's the only way to even come close to your time frame.

I don't know if it's possible--and I highly doubt that it is, but I do know that it's not healthy at all.
