VIETNAM - *Passport and visa required. Visa requires 1 application form, 1 passport sized photo, and SASE. Visa fee should be paid by money order or cashier’s check, payable to the Embassy of Vietnam. For specific requirements and current visa fees, contact the Embassy of Vietnam, 1233 20th St., NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20036 (202/861-2293 or 861-0694).
