I do 60 minutes walking on the treadmill then 25 minutes on the stationary bike. This burns 610 calories. After I get home and like 1 or 2 hours later I start getting fever. This always happens. My head starts getting high temperature.
What could this be?

What do you eat before you exercise? I eat a slice of pizza, or chicken sandwich or just some snack bars. Do you drink during your exercise? I drink half gallon of water during my 90 minute exercise. Do you drink before? I drink 5 minutes before I exercise about 1 cup of water. How long have you been exercising like this? I've been exercising like this for 4 months. Why do you feel the need to do 90 minutes of cardio exercise when you do? I like 90 minute because it's easy. Do you do this every day? I do this every day. What is your heart rate while you exercise? my heart rate is 110-115. What do you eat or drink afterward? I drink water after I'm done with exercise and eat like a snack bar or pizza or rice with beans and noddles.

Interesting that this should happen a bit later. It actually sounds like the start of heat exhaustion brought on by low blood sugar and dehydration.

It sounds like you're pushing yourself just a bit too much and perhaps not giving yourself enough food and water to see you through your exercise regimen. Try drinking water before and during (90 minutes is a long time to exercise without water), and eat a little something about 45 minutes before and right after.

Are you consuming enough nutrients after your workouts? You body is recovering from those workouts and in order to do so, it requires the proper nutrition. Without nutrition during the recovery, your body can't keep up with healing, therefore, it thinks it has an illness and it goes into fighting mode. This is the same mode which partakes when it fights off a viral or bacterial infection.

Reconsider your diet schedule and intake to make sure you are obtaining enough to recover.
