I'm trying to set a goal for my weight loss. I have a larger body frame and I was wondering what size you wear both in pants and shirts?

When I wasn't overweight i wore a size 8-10 pants and a size large shirt because of larger chest. If not for the chest it would have been no smaller than medium for the shoulders.
I have a rather large, sort of tall and slightly muscular(athletic) physique and was on running cross country teams.

I am of "average" height and weight. I say "average" because I know that these impressionable young girls out here think that it's okay to be rail thin, which it's not. I am 5'8" and 145 pounds. So I'm tall and slender. I wear a size 8 from Express and a size 10 everywhere else. My bra size is a 38C, which is ample, and I wear medium sized shirts. Depending on your height, your pant and shirt sizes may be different from mine. I am not fat at all. I am normal size. There is a HUGE difference from being fat and being healthy. I am very healthy.

It reeeally depends on your body type but I'd say shoot for a 10 and a medium...or if you have a large chest you may still need to wear a larger size shirt.

I have gone from a size 18 - 10. I have had great results with an all natural product called ISAGENIX.

This product is only available by distributor.
