Adoption agencies?

My friend and her husband would like to adopt a baby. However they want to adopt one at Mexico. Does anybody would have information on agencies where she can get more infomation?

Catholic Social Services - helps many families to adopt.
http://www.css-phl.org/ - This is the one in Philadelphia, but they can help you with whatever state you need.
