Dark circles under the eyes are very hard to get rid of, I have them & they show up more when I'm tired. Its looks like you're eyes are in a hole, but when I get rest its not so bad. Try Palmer's skin success cream for dark surfaces & put some around your eyes before you go to bed, this works for me & drink lots of water. Good luck.

I know what you mean! Well, you don't mention if you get lots of sleep or not, but I get loads of sleep, eat all y veggies, don't drink, and still get them. It's apparently nothing to do with alcohol, but to do with blood vessels. If you soak teabags in cold milk, lie down with your feet elevated, put the teabags on your eyes, and lie like this for 15 mins, it seems to help for me. Although it can be really messy. Hope this works!

Lol i know exactly how you feel, it is a darker pigmentation that runs in my family, i look as though i have constant black eyes. i have tried all sorts to no avail, plenty of sleep, plenty of water, my only advice is to accept the situation and try not to let it get you down, hard i know but cheer up Hun your not the first with this problem and you certainly won't be the last. don't let it get you down.
