Well, First you download the video from your digital camera onto your computer. THEN you go on your email program and compose an email, press the attach button and browse for whatever folder you put the video in. Then send the video along with the email.

If the video is on tape, you need to capture it to your hard drive. Movie editing programs such as i-movie can do this. The result will be a very large file that you will not be able to e-mail. You will have to use that editing program to compress the video. Even then it will be too large in most cases. If so, you can subscribe to a large-file mailing service to send it, such as http://www.mailbigfile.com/
