How rich are you and how good did they keep the house.

Usually, for "periodic" workers, i.e. workers that come in once a week/month, etc. an appropriate Christmas bonus is 1-2 weeks pay. So double their pay one week if they're weekly, or add a 1/4 to 1/2 bonus to their pay if they're monthly.

depends on what extra things she did in preparation for the holidays. But if she always does an excellent job & always is dependable - $100.00 wouldnt be out of line. I am sure she would appreciate the holiday bonus.

I believe the rule of thumb is to give them one full weeks pay.
