then how in the world can the bible have all the right information?

and not to mention the bible itself could be bias, im not trying to bash anyone but this seems ridiculous that all kinds of events happened with 0 historical evidence besides the bible.

Just so you know the entirety of you statement is factually and historically incorrect because the Bible as you state (bias) is a "collection" of MANY writings over a long period of time by many different individuals.

An as far as sources and evidence it is THE MOST documented to be historically factual across all cultures that have some sort of historical records cross referenceable and the such.

And as far as event happening with zero historical evidence do a cross reference with all of the revelations that have been fulfilled already (numerous) are currently being fulfilled (seen newspaper or tv lately) and be prepared and amazed with what is to be fulfilled in NEAR future.

Jesus was also mentioned by Flavius Josephus, a Jewish historian, but you're right about a lack of historical writings about Jesus. You need to remember that those who are in power dictate what information gets disseminated. This is especially true in Jesus' day. It's not like freelance reporters were roving the hillside looking for the truth to share with the people. The Romans decided what would be recorded, Period. It wasn't until years later that the books were written, when the opportunity arose.

There is evidence that Jesus existed, historians. But that doesn't mean he was the son of God, nor does it mean anything at all. There is a interpolation in the Josephus writings, although there is a shorter version that is true. And Josephus mentions jesus brother James and others do, because the destruction of the temple is historically because of his brothers death who was the leader of the Church in Jerusalem. Also there were many teachers who were students of the disciples like peter and such. And there is other Historians and stuff. I don't think an argument of if he existed really matters, of course he did considering, but what does it matter? It doesn't prove anything, there were a bunch of mystics that existed in those days walking around helping people. Jesus movement probably was small, but hsi disciples after he died made it big. Such is life.

I'm sorry I can't give you more evidence. Respectfully, would it make a difference if there was more evidence?
I believe everyone forms their own reality about life.....they see things from their own perspective based on personal experience and so, form their own "reality" about themselves. We set our beliefs "in stone", (believers and unbelievers) and choose to believe what we want despite any amount of proof or persuasion. We argue with each other to justify our differing views because we are scared that we might be wrong.

There is no contemporary evidence that Jesus ever existed. The earliest writings mentioning him came decades after he supposedly existed. If he was one tenth the man that was claimed in the Bible everyone with a pen would have written something down while he supposedly walked the earth.. yet we have not one jot or tittle.

I'm with Here Today on this on. The Book of Mormon and the Koran (sp) are meant to mislead and often do. The life and crucifiction and resurrection of Christ are best read in the Bible if you want accuracy.

You'de probably find His voice echoed in the Talmud, and most or all of His teaching reference the Catholic Old Testament. So, what do you want?

Oh, and it isn't exactly zero evidence.
