,ocd? Prozac is just what you need. O.C.D. = Having a tendency to dwell on unwanted thoughts or perform certain repetitious rituals, especially as a defense against anxiety from unconscious conflicts. They have all of the meds you will need for ocd, at BuySomaWatson.com

I have some level of OCD myself, but it does not cause a major problem in my life. That is really the test before you should see a doctor about it. If you are not living a normal life or if it makes you unable to function or enjoy life, then you should seek help and medication for your own sake. Mine is pretty manageable....it makes me very productive. The house is neat, I am a great cook. People who know me just adjust...they know better than to try to wash a dish in my kitchen or to help if I am working on something. Everything has to be done a certain way or I cannot stand it. The only thing I have a problem with is silly stuff like not being able to sleep because a song or number is stuck in my head and I keep reciting it over and over....and you find ways to make that stop or distract yourself from it. These are all pretty mild syptoms and most friends and family just laugh at them. If your symptoms are making you miserable, then you should seek help.

You probably need to talk with a counselor or your MD

there are medications available for mild to severe cases.

I wish you all the best....

I think we are all a little OCD about different things.

I agree we are all a little OCD, I worry all the time, the only way I know is using affirmations, .
Whenever the thought comes up say: " I am willing to release the need for worrying about my health....or whatever is you want to rid of. it works.
