Well, it depends if you are talking about male or female models. For female it would be "Mis modelos favoritas en todo el mundo entero" and for male it would be "Mis modelos favoritos en todo el mundo entero".
There's an error in the other answers: You said Whole Wide World that is "Todo el mundo entero", But the other answers said "Todo el mundo" that would be All the world. and other answers said "En el Mundo entero" that would be "In the Whole World"
