It is quite hard to understand your question but I'm thinking you said that the the beak looks as if its lifting where the air holes are?? If so the area the nares (nose holes) are is called the Cere, and when the bird reaches sexual maturity and comes into breeding condition, the hens cere turns a dark fawn in colour and turns crusty.. Could this be what is happening with your bird? As always in ANY situation, if unsure... SEE YOUR AVIAN VET.. =)

It sounds like he has reached sexual maturity And if that is the case then "He" is a "She" unless there is discharge of any kind or it is weezing i would bet on maturity. However it is always free and safe to call the vet and describe what is going on.

First off, your question is hard to understand. The best thing to do is probably visit the vet. If you don't have one, you can find one at http://aav.org/vet-lookup
