Why doesn't the Bible talk about a lot of things?
Just because it isn't mentioned in the Bible, doesn't mean that it didn't exist.
It's not a comprehensive history of the Earth.

The Bible does talk about Dinosaurs, but you need faith to
understand it.
God creates all living creature for His purpose - even vultures to clean up the earth of death creatures.
The Bible tells us that there was a huge layer of water above the expanse of the sky, enough to flood the whole world when combined with the water under the sky.
Before the Flood there was an OXYGEN rich environment where
there did not exist viruses and germs like we have it today . It was a HYPERBARIC condition which is simulated in hospitals today to treat many serious conditions. Both plants and living creatures live very long. Methuselah the longest living human
lived 969 years. Plants grew to such sizes under these conditions that God created great vegetarians. He created other great creatures to take care of the great death animals.
You need faith in our creator God to understand why He created
this world the way He did.
At the time of the great flood all dynasaurs were drowned, and their carcasses floated to different parts of the world.
Scientists who did not believe in the great flood are still puzzled why dynasaur bones were found in Siberia where there was no vegetation enabling these great vegetarians to survive.
The same way all the large trees and vegetation were buried
under new layers of earth over the years and now we use crude oil which is the product of death vegetation and giant trees.
Life of human beings became shorter after the flood.
Our God created this Universe with such efficiency that even
today the great scientist are still puzzled even with the most
basic elements of His creation.
I will not quote any Bible verses in this answer, but God left behind all these mysteries so that we will search the Bible to find miriads of other revelations which we never thought existed. All
revealing the unfathonable wisdom and power of His creation.
His greatest gift to us is that He came down to die on the cross -
to pay for the sins of all the world , and it is free but only understandable through faith that breaks through Satans
blinding tricks.
Remember that when the Gospel is preached throughout the world, the end will come when Satan will be bound and thrown into the lake of fire. Mark these prophecies of the Bible to understand why Satan is trying to prevent the Gospel to be preached throughout the world - His existence depends on it. He uses other religions ( where you will have to pay back for all
sins one way or the other ). Our God is the only true Almighty and
Loving God that gives us Salvation to whoever will submit to there own Creator and accept His Salvation Plan.
The Bible states - Seek ye God while He may be found.
One book which I would read with faith is the book of JOB where
God tells Job the mysteries of His creation.

Why doesn't it talk about mastodons or trilobites or dodo birds or armadillos??? Probably because it is not a book of zoology, and extinct animals have nothing to do with the message of salvation which the Bible presents. The biblical description of "Leviathan" is clearly a description of the most feared animal of biblical times, the crocodile, not a dinosaur!

Because.
There are 3 heaven and earth ages, same heaven and earth but different ages.
II Pet.3:5-7 For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water: 6 Whereby the world that then was, being overflowed with water, perished: 7 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
……………………………………….
THE WORLD THAT THEN WAS
Gen.1:1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
To that earth age the world that then was, belongs all fossils and remains. Scientific estimates or guesses; universe or heavens 20 billion years old, earth 4.6 billion years old, moon 200 to 300 million years younger than earth, dinosaur extinction 65 million years ago, Ice Age 2.5 million years ago.
………………………………………………………………
BEING OVERFLOWED WITH WATER PERISHED
Gen.1:2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep.
AND THE EARTH WAS
The word “was” (hayah) in Hebrew, was not distinguished by the Revisers, that is the verb “to be” from “to become”. The same Hebrew word “hayah” is translated “became” in Gen.2:7.
AND THE EARTH BECAME
WITHOUT FORM H8414 tohu (to'-hoo) From an unused root meaning to lie waste; a desolation (of surface), that is, desert; figuratively a worthless thing; adverbially in vain: - confusion, empty place, without form, nothing, (thing of) nought, vain, vanity, waste, wilderness.
VOID H922 bohu (bo'-hoo) From an unused root (meaning to be empty); a vacuity, that is, (superficially) an undistinguishable ruin: - emptiness, void.
AND THE EARTH BECAME DESOLATE AND EMPTY
Earth was not created that way but became desolate and empty due to Satan’s rebellion. A global overflowing of water, but not Noah’s deluge. Darkness was upon the (face) of the deep, in other words the whole earth.
Into this we can read; dinosaur extinction, destruction of Atlantis, breakup of Gondwana Land, and the Ice Age.
………………………………………………………………………...
BUT THE HEAVENS AND THE EARTH WHICH ARE NOW
Gen.1:2 And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Gen.1:3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
About 63 A.D. Peter writes, the heavens and the earth which are now. The heaven and earth age we are in now, today.
BY THE SAME WORD ARE KEPT IN STORE
RESERVED UNTO FIRE
AGAINST THE DAY OF JUDGMENT
AND PERDITION OF UNGODLY MEN
PERDITION G684 apoleia (ap-o'-li-a) From a presumed derivative of G622; ruin or loss (physical, spiritual or eternal): - damnable (-nation), destruction, die, perdition, X perish, pernicious ways, waste.
Some will perish eternally and not see the third heaven and earth age.

Because the Bible was written by ancient men who had no knowledge about dinosaurs.
Or because the dinosaurs don't exist.
One of these is based on observable reality, the other is based on irrational beliefs.

If you were going to leave this earth and had to write a letter to your children's children's children about your life you would probably not waste time discussing things that you thought were not important to them understanding you and your life. If they found out later you played PeeWee football when you were little, should they be worried because it wasn't in the letter? Nah. The Bible is the important stuff, not every little detail of everything that ever happened on earth.

It does talk about dinosaurs. The are called beasts of the earth.
Look it up in Genesis 1. I'd post that for you, but that would be too easy. You can only learn when you do your own studying.

It also doesn't talk about Australia or Televisions. The Bible is not a complete guide to the universe. It is only a reference manual to help those that truly want to live better lives.

I don't think no one really knows all the animals that was created. May by when the bible is talking about beast of the earth there not just referring to the regular animals that we are familiar with. but the animals that are extinct know. You never know. He is such an amazing, great and powerful God. whose to say that they didn't exists.
