Jimmie Johnson, Mark Martin, Tony Stewart, Jr, Kasey, I dislike Gordon but he is a good driver, and Denny Hamlin is someone to watch in the future.

It would be hard for me to argue against Tony Stewart being the overall best driver. Jeff Gordon would be a close second given the fact that he can win on any type of track, but today Tony is better than Jeff.

Best Driver is Tony Stewart. Maybe not the most popular or the nicest guy, but I would have to say he is the best driver.

Tony Stewart, hands down. He can win anywhere, anytime. Most drivers have certain types of tracks that they're good at, but Tony can win on superspeedways, short tracks, road coarses, dirt tracks, etc.

Currently, it has to be Tony Stewart, because he races to win, every race, and is a good face for NASCAR. Jimmy Johnson is right up there, and not just becasue he won the cup this year. All time, has to be Richard Petty.
