Usually if there is no noise, that's when I'm suspicious of my kiddies. They're up to no good...no noise can be as bad as loud boom! The no noise sometimes means that they know they are being bad and sneaking to do this particular task. For Instance, I was doing my laundry and both of my kids were being so quite. I went to check on them and they had gotten my make-up everywhere.

I just keep checking up on them all the time, especially after the make-up incident. Use your mother instinct/gut feeling...usually these feelings are correct! Good Luck!!!

You just know. Its like a 6th sense that comes after labor. Normally my son will be really quiet or spend a lot of time in one room and then I know he's into something or trying to figure out something he shouldn't be. I guess moms are so use to having little ones constantly around them and hearing them that anything out of the ordinary always leads us to wonder what they are doing.

Silence is usually indicative of two things: the kids fell asleep in front of the televsion or they are getting into some kind of trouble. Most kids when they are playing are noisy either with their toys or other siblings/friends.
