go back to where you got the payday loan. tell them your sob story and maybe they will make some kind of arrangements with you. Eventually if you do nothing they will press charges against you.

Well when you get those payday loans alot of time you use a check. If you dont pay than you have wrote a hot check. You can go to jail for a hot check depending on the amount of the check. They can for sure put the balance on your credit.

They can press charges against you for fraud. Simply call them and make arrangements to pay them. Those people are relentless and will find you. It's best you contact them first.
