Dear Ladies of the board. How important, really, is a guys body to a girl? Does she care if you're not bulging with muscles?

I can't speak for all girls, but I don't think the body is that important to most of us. True, there needs to be attraction, but the eyes, smile, laugh, etc can be attractive. It is mainly the men who feel all women should look like they do in hollywood. Relationships based on looks tend to not last - as looks usually don't. In the long run, you want to find someone that you have common interests with and will be able to have conversations with.

I don't care that much. As long as he's not obese, I can deal with a little belly or beer gut, a guy doesn't have to be perfect to be sexy. Hairy chest or back... I don't care! And personally, I like the naturalness of a man's body, like the bicep muscles a guy has just from doing regular things, not huge ripped "I spend every waking moment in the gym" kind of muscles. Then again, everyone is different, I have a girlfriend who broke up with a guy because his shoulders were too rounded. Go figure!

well to me the body is not all that important as long as they know how to treat a women it shouldn't matter how they look. For example a really hot and sexy guy most of the time will treat a woman like dirt because they know tha they cant get what ever they want . so think about it and you'll see where I'm coming from.

I don't care about the muscles. It's the complete package that matters most. As long as the guy isn't like 100 pounds over weight, then it's doable.

I personally like a guy with meat on their bones. Muscles aren't that important to me....

really, a woman who is descent doesn't care so much about a guys body, but it is all within reason. being really obese just isn't attractive period, let alone healthy.
so, muscles aren't so important, but women would prefer a guy who isn't completely fat. it would make things much better in bed, too.

i want a buff guy but not some musclehead. most important is that he is healthy and fit. i think the same that a guy wants in a girl. no need to go overboard :)

Personally, for me, I've always sought after the muscular type of guy. But now I've gone to realize that all of that can't compare to love.
