I take alot of vitamin E and every 5 years I cut about 13 inches off and donate it to LOCKS OF LOVE ( kids with cancer who have lost their hair) so I would say it totally helps mine grow faster! I personally love guys with short hair-military kinda! The feel when u run your fingers thru it is awesome! But try the vitamins it will help! Otherwise theres really nothing you can do! Try only washing it every other day oo - believe it or not washing it every day- the HOT water can damage hair!

it incredibly is common to lose a pair of marble length volume of hair an afternoon. The shampoo you're utilising could be too good to your hair so surely attempt something new. bear in suggestions that hair types do substitute so it incredibly is prevalent. If this persists to any extent further, after changing shampoos, then see a doctor. it incredibly is genetics. i'm sorry that's happening to you. good luck.

Try a product called Nioxin. It is the best system for helping to facillitate hair growth. This line also has vitamins formulated specifically for hair growth. I highly recommend it.

Good luck!
