ok, so just gon give it straight. never been on dates, and im not exactly ur fly, rich guy. aint got much 2 offer. so help me, what should i do?

You don't have to be fly OR rich to have a fantastic date. The first thing you need to do is realize that you DO have a lot to offer. If you don't feel that you do, no one else ever will either!
Find out what she likes and go from there. The best date I ever had was when a guy did some research and found out what I liked to eat and then cooked dinner for me! It wasn't extravagent by any means but it was all things that I loved! Needless to say, he is now my boyfriend! It is the small things that make the most impact.
Take a walk or meet for coffee. Those don't cost much to do! Spend time getting to know her instead of worrying about impressing her.

Well, you just have to be interested in her. That's all that matters to a girl. I can only assume that you are already interested in her if you are going out with her! Find out what she likes to do. But don't lie and be like, "Oh, I love that too!" if you don't. Find something that you both *truly* enjoy and expand on it. For my husband and I, it was video games (dorky, I know). Also, be a gentleman (but not too much of a pushover). Its nice if you hold doors or even pull out chairs, but don't go beyond that or it will seem like you're trying too hard. Good luck! :)

Act like a man, not a jerk. Take her to the movies that you are both interested in. Take her to dinner afterwords. dont talk about your self to try and impress her.Ask her about her life and what she wants to do with it. Always be honest with her. Always treat her like a lady.

doesn't have to be the classy restaurant you guys go to, first date... she should pay for herself, may be just go see movie together or buy her ice cream... don't go and spoil her...
