If I'm in love with a guy I'll be kick out off the US NAVY, so that's a problem I have yet encounter.
ok here is your answer, don't tell him you like him just ask him out to coffee and talk. you know quesiton and answer. if he like you he'll have fun. if not then move on.

hello well if u really cant tell him sit n talk with him n try n tell him how u fill! i was just goin though the same thing but i sat down n talked to him and told him how i felt! n stuff so now every thing is good!

but if you love some one do not hesitate to tell him that ....

Well, if you can't tell him, then you learn to move on--because if you *can't* tell him under any circumstances, then it must be a situation where it wouldn't ever work out, ie he's married or gay.
