between a demon and a fallan angel? I know the bible teaches about demons still being on earth, Jesus cast them out. And I know God angels are still on earth because Paul says you could run across one. But are fallen Angels still on earth other than Satan?

Yes, the fallen angels are Satan and the angels that followed him. It's kind of like God has certain angels assigned to us that been with us, and keeps us from hurt, harm and danger. Than you got Satan and the demons that he assigns to us to bind us up and keep us in shackles. Satan tries to copy everything that God does. Everything that Satan does is counterfeit.

Demons are beings that are created by Satan, who is a fallen angel himself. The demons terrorize those on earth. A fallen angel is an angel that has gone against God and was cast out of heaven. Most fallen angels took up residence in Hell with Satan (Lucifer) and are his minions of evil.

Fallen angels became demons when God forbid them from taking human form after the flood of Noah's day.
Satan did not create anything. The angels as free moral agents chose to follow Satan, thus making Satan their ruler and god.
Deut. 32:5 is a principal on what happens when individuals, human or angel, chooses to disobey God.

There is a beliefe or tradition, among some, that demons are the result of satan trying to recreate what God did in creating Adam and Eve. Except satan got it wrong and created distorted beings with no souls. I kind of go along with this one myself... I do not think it is important enough to warrent investigation though.
Yes there are some of the fallen angels here on earth. A very great number of them. They, and/or demons?, makeup the forces of evil who serve satan. satan can not be every where at once so he needs his evil force to do his work.
