I don't think that's okay just because of the age thing. A good rule is to never date someone you work with, especially your boss. things can get very bad if something wrong between them was to happen. Plus, if they decide to do anything it will be illegal because he is underage. I don't think that someone over 20 is a good for him because she can drink and all that. if I was his mother I would be concerned for him because his boss could get him mixed up in a lot of things he isn't ready to handle.

Wrong on two levels--first off, he's way too young, he's underage. Second, she's his BOSS! You don't ever, ever date your boss.
