McDonalds is pretty bad for you, it's not exactly high quality food. If you are going to do fast food I would go to In and Out. At least they serve fresh and high quality food which is delivered daily. It was the only chain not shot down in the book Fast Food Nation.

I really like that new Snack Wrap thing. It's a flour tortilla, chicken tender, lettuce, cheese, ranch dressing... it's really good! Avoid Taco Bell though! I know it's seems to be contained to only the Northeast but I still wouldn't want you to get sick.

I'd recommend going to Jack in the Box and getting a supreme crossiant meal with OJ. That's what i always get.

Get a salad or go to Subway. We are too fat as a society, everyone could skimp on the calories, especially during the holidays.

i like mcdonalds, but i like in n out better =) other options can be el pollo loco, burger king, chinese fast food, taco bell, or kfc! eek i'm getting hungry just talking about it!!! hope you have a nice meal!
