its been numb for about 3 days now,numbness also is spreading down my neck abit

You have an UPPER left ear? I assume then you also how two ears on your right.....
seriously... did you pop your neck? maybe you did something that just needs a little time to heal. I don't think I would worry to much unless it went for over a week. I've had numbness that was in my hand and then a little in the arm, it went away... I think it is like some kind of '-itis' from overworking it.

You've been biten by a bed snake during the night. You need an anti-venom or the numbness will spread.
