Yes, check the electoral register in your local - library - post office - or police station. By looking up the 'Street Name' you will find the number of the house and Bob's your uncle - that is of course if they are on that register. - Otherwise, get up early in the morning and try - the milkman, postman, corner shop, or curious neighbour - mind you 'some people might think that you are on the 'doggy' side.

Yes, if their phone number is listed with their address in the local directory. Two things that may hold you back:
- Their phone number may be unlisted
- Their phone number may be listed, but without an address (this is becoming increasingly common due to the increase in single women living alone. Addresses used to be provided in phone directories, but it is a protective measure to not print home addresses).

reverse phone number search compiles hundreds of millions of phone book records to help locate the owner's name, location, time zone, email and other public information.
Use a reverse phone lookup to:
Get the identity of an unknown caller.
Identify an area code.
Recall the name of a person whose number you wrote down.
Identify an unfamiliar phone number that shows up on your bill.

You can check in the telephone directory or in the towns street directory, where they will be listed under the street name and then you can see their name and house number.
