Its probally just dirt. Do you take baths or showers everyday? If you dont make sure you wash your face daily! Remember to always practice good hygeine!

IF they are reddish spots, then you might have Rosacea. Using a topical solutions with Tea Tree oil can help this condition tremendously.
Remember, that it is important to be seen by a dermatologist if you develop any spots on your body that become dark with an irregular outline rather than a symmetrical circle.

I read, in more than one place, that your own saliva will help decrease and eventually rid your skin of the blemish. Spit a bit on your fingertip, and rub the area. Let it dry and do not wash it off. Do this at night, and after you've applied makeup, leaving this spot without a makeup coat so the saliva can work.

Best bet: see your dermatologist and ask for hydroquinone treatments...I used NeoStrataHQ
I've heard glycolic acid peel treatments work as well. Not as fast as the topical hydroquinone though...

why don,t you try to wash your face every night with pure lemon juice keep it on the face for an hour and then wash away......do it for a week you will see real resoles
