It is not one straw but "the straw."
Story goes that they kept loading up the camel with straw until the camel collapsed...therefore, "that was the straw that broke the camel's back."
Sorta like Wizard of Oz & the horse of a different color!
9 out of 10 Doctors who've tried Camels have gone back to women!!!!
