If you have a 401k with your employer it is possible you could borrow from that, your credit score is not a factor and you pay the interest back to yourself

As daunting as this might seem, you may want to check out some of the local banks.
Now wait a minute! I haven't forgotten that you said you have poor credit!!
In some cases, depending on the size of this personal loan, you can get it if you put something up for colateral. Your car (with a free title) or a boat.
Just be prepared to fill out a lot of loan applications, and possibly a lot of rejections. But that is the price you'll have to pay to ask people to trust you with their money when your track record apparently reveals otherwise.
Good Luck

you shouldn't try websites, and don't even think about payday advances, you'll only end up owing ALOT more money. You should try and get a personal loan through your own bank. I know you say you have bad credit, but if you've had a checking account with them, they might be willing to give you a chance. Usually, credit unions are more willing to give you loans, but I don't know what kind of bank you have. Or, you can always get a co-signer.

Go to a Deferred Presentment Services business (payday advance) as long as you have a checking account and a job, they should be able to help you out for a short term loan. If you need a substantial amount and a longer time to repay, you will probably have to find someone to co-sign for you.

Be careful with these. They can cost you a lot of money if you do not compare offers to get the best deal.
