Definitely see your doctor. ANY pain lasting longer than a few days needs to be checked out. It could just be tension, or muscle strain, but you really do need to havee a medical professional look at it & suggest treatment..

Good Luck - feel better soon!

Hi my name is Carol. I suffer from the same symtoms.I don't know yet what the arm pain is caused by, but I just found a sure way of getting rid of it.Lidoderm Patch I had the pain for 7wks, to the point I cried. They were sharp stabbing pains down arm. I think they are coming from bad cervical disc's and pinched nerves. This is a sure cure,,promise!

It could be a pinched nerve in the neck @ C-6. You should make an appointment with a really good chiropractor and see what can be done. Usually a few adjustments is all that is needed.
It sounds like your spine is out of alignment is several places

sounds like a bulging or herniated disk could just be pulled muscles so yes you need to go to the doctor and let him check it out good luck and hope you get to feeling better i had a herniated disk and it required surgery i feel 100%better whatever the problem is there are several options the doctor can give you i chose surgery but i know of others that chose medicine or physical therapy depends on severity and how much it is interfering in your life good luck
