Okay. I threw up my breakfast this morning when I got to school and also had a 30 minute bathroom break. Then I ate my lunch. And now, I feel starving hungry, my throat and mouth are dry, I'm dizzy, and I don't know what to do.

I was born with chronic anemia, hypoglycemia, and chronic dehydration, as it is.

I have no money on me, as I'm at school, and I have two drinks in my bookbag (that I'm not allowed to have until after 3:40 PM) and I think I might have to go to the bathroom again!

SOS! HELP! WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO!?

The nurse can't just send people home. They need a hand-written note by their parents, or for their parents to come and get them. My dad's a good amount of time away, and is in a meeting. :(

It sounds like you might have the flu or something. With your other conditions, you need to be very careful. Go to the school nurse. Don't ignore this!

Even if the school nurse can't send you home, it is important to let the nurse and your teacher know how you are feeling. They will surely let you have something to drink in your condition. You don't want to get dehydrated.

I hope you feel better!

Do you have a nurse at school? If your school doesn't (I see you are Icelandic), go to the office and tell them you are sick. They should be sympathetic.
