You can't make someone have a crush on you, nor should you even if you could. Just go talk to him after you get to know him better ask him if he is interested in dating; that is if he doesn't ask you first. If he is not interested at least you will know and can get on with your life. There are plenty of guys in the world you know.

Can't make someone like you. If you try, they will be liking you for the wrong reasons. Be yourself, if its meant to be it will be. One thing you can do is let the person know you have a crush on them. Maybe this is what the other person has been waiting for (a sign) to make their move.
