Of course sweetie. Sometimes i do that. Since my job requires me to be sitting on a chair infront of a desk in the computer all day i usually do like feet exercises and i tighten my stomach a lot.. it builds a little muscle and definitely burns that fat.

YES it absolutely can! And its actually one of the best tummy exercises out there! I have no belly fat and I still catch myself doing it all the time! I think its automatic when a hot guy or competition from another girl walks by- automatic instinct: SUCK IN THE GUT! But yes its an awesome exercise!

nothing will help if you don't get your nutrition right.that's basically it all comes down to. you can only tone after that. but you can't tone if you don't eat very well nutritionally. you could do 20000 crunches and it won't work if you're not eating real healthy.
