I always end up bak @ home after partying,work,friend gathering,ect...but how can i challenge my self to stop thinking about what if he's doing this with another girl or even thinking negative things like that..it hurts bc im not with him but i need to face reality how do i go from here, i just want answers that help me out when im stressed out at home?

You need to keep reminding yourself why you broke up to begin with. Stop thinking about what could have been and start seeing things for how they really are. If you keep your thoughts to reality instead of the "dreamstyle" then you will be just fine. We always miss them when they are gone, we have have to remember why we kicked them out to beging with. just rember that you are going back there so you may face that he is with another woman. So rember that there is someone out here who will love you and want to be with you. think positive before you think negative.you are who you are and will be the better of the two to know you didnt let him see you hurt. goodluck

be real to yourself and don't be mean to anyone it is totally not worth it just be coll around everyone and don't worry about what people think about you it will keep up your confidence and keep you safe people will like ya beter trust me!! aa

do you live together? anyways you could try to get him back, or you can move on to other people, just go out and have fun on the town with your girls, do anything to keep yourself and your mind busy....
