That are clingy or feel like I can fix their life issues? You know the ones that tend to be a little too sensitive? Why can't I attract a guy that is stronger...you know...the ones that are the embodiment of masculinity?

It's because you have unreasonable expectations of men. We have significant emotional needs too. We are not machines. Even tough guys (like me) have emotional needs, although some of them neglect their emotions. The ability to understand this fact and to act accordingly is more valuable than any other single characteristic I look for in women. (Because it's rare to find an understanding woman like that.)
Now I will give you that (rarely) some guys are TOO sensitive to be strong. But more often than not, it seems that women just assume that men don't have needs of their own. Have a nice day!
