It puts you at risk for going further, and since you shouldn't intend to do so, I'd say don't take the risk. At 21, I'm already seeing girls my age who are f*cked up now because of the choices they made when they were 13, 14, 15. Yeah, they were popular and all that in high school, but now they've got a kid or two, nowhere to go in life, and the fathers are often absent. Having lived alongside them through middle and high school, I watched the train wreck in slow motion, so I would suggest you take this advice:
Define your limits, and don't get into situations where your limits will be pushed. That you are even asking this question indicates that you likely crossed your limits.

It's not bad, but it's not good either. You are 14 that is a little young to start having to worry about things like that. Before you know it you will start being pressured to have sex, you are way too young to worry about that. Sex is special and should be saved for marriage. I did not save myself for marriage and I regretted it so bad, I had nothing "special" to give him on our honey moon. Just a hint take a look at all of the no answers and notice they are mostly from guys. That should tell you something. Dont rush it, believe me, it is not worth it!

Kissing is ok, but if you end up pregnant, you'll look back on it in 10 years and wish you would have made a different decision. Use good judgement, and birth control if need be. You don't want a choice you are making now to mess up the rest of your life. How is prince charming supposed to support you if you get knocked up?

it depends on what you consider to be making out. If you are just kissing (on the mouth), i don't see anything wrong with that but remember, when things get hot and heavy it could lead to something you might regret in the future. Keep your self safe.

It's not bad, but when it leads to other things that when it would be bad. When kissing someone try not to let their hands wander or yours either that way you can just stick to kissing.

Well it is to show how much you love him...so as long as you do, it's perfectly fine. Oh, and remember making out isn't illegal, as sex at that age is...well at least in my country it is :P
