You can... but it won't be all that good.

The heat will drive off the alcohol, and heating wine causes some changes and rapid oxidation that may leave you with a less than desirable beverage. Bitter, weak, "off"-tasting.

Better to make a large batch, then seal a portion in good thermos flasks. Later, simply microwave a mug of your delicious mulled wine!

Not recommended. Reheating will probably drive off a lot of the alcohol content as alcohol cooks off at much lower temperature than water.

Yes, it should be fine a couple of times, but I think it will loose its flavour when reheated too much, as well as loosing all the alcohol!
