I heard it's quite *interesting*, but I'm not so sure I want to have brine shrimp chunks in a vanilla based ice cream.

What company makes this?

Your question intrigues me. I first thought it to be a joke. If you really are interested, why not buy the flavor ice cream you like, or sherbet - perhaps lemon or lime, even pineapple (YUM), and mix in chunks of cooked shrimp, well drained and chilled, or frozen. You might even add a little garlic, onion or chili powder. Refreeze, and see how you like it. I would recommend you do this experimentation in small batches. Have even more fun by making up a few batches and inviting your friends for a tasting party.

Other things you might stir in to get a seafood flavor is chunks of canned fish...whatever kind you like...sardines, anchovies, or salmon, for instance.

The limit to your food tasting and experimentation is only your imagination.
