i am so desperate to know if my man is cheaing how can i spy on him ?? please help

Why do you think your man is cheating? You don't want to start spying. This will cheapen your relationship if he isn't and what will be your instant reaction if he is. Why don't you ask him in a non-argumentive, non-confrontational way if he's seeing someone else. Let him know to be honest with you. Get straight to the point without beating around the bush. If after talking with him and you still feel like he's cheating, then there are some issues that has to be dealt with. Honestly ask yourself, "Are your feelings justified, how do the two of you get along, are there any insecurities, and do you respect one another". If there's no positive answers to all these questions, then it's time for you two to split. You don't want a man around who makes you so miserable you're trying to spy on him. All this worrying and stressing will eventually start affecting your physical health.

maybe your just insecure and paranoid! maybe not... well here are some good signs, keeping his mobile phone close to him, working long hours, silent phone calls and hanging up when you answer, having more showers buying new clothes and putting on more aftershave, hope that helps, dont think you can really spy on him but just keep your eyes open to those giveaways.

WHY do people ever ask this question. Ask your man - don't put yourself through the headache of worrying, waiting and wondering.
Explain why you think it, and ask the question
Find out and get it over. You don't want to be with someone who doesn't want to be with you.
