Your fine....
This is one period of your life that you do not have to worry about your weight. Im not saying you want to totally pig out and eat unhealthy (which it sounds like you are not doing anyways) but do relax a little. Every womans weight gain during pregnancy is different, you baby obviously needs it. If there was a need for you to worry, your doctor wouldve already said something.

Congrats girl!!!

Worried, no! Some women gain upwards of 60 lbs! You have gained almost 20, so you will probably gain around 40 for this pregnancy, which is only 5 pounds over the recommended amount. Just try exercising a little (just walking or swimming every day) and look at the calories you're eating. You only NEED about 1800 calories per day for a healthy pregnancy. Some women think it's like 2500, but it's NOT! You might beable to replace some calories with lower cal foods. Don't just cut back on eating, but maybe watch a little closer. You are still FINE and it's nothing to fret over! Good Luck!!!

don't worry all women gain weight differently during pregnancy i gained 40 pounds during my pregnancy. and i didn't overeat either. most of my weight during the last two months especially was due to water. i had to really push liquids to prevent early labor.
i still looked about six months pregnant after i had her. due to the extra liquids received during labor and swelling.
3 weeks later i am just starting to really tell a big difference with my weight.

just make sure you gain enough weight. as long as your dr doesn't tell you it is too much weight just enjoy being pregnant.
i miss being pregnant.
