How can I get this tool bar to edit my e-mails and go to my favorite internet locations back on my MSN page?

mine relocated above the "Y"symbol. and a star,plus sign below for history.

The yellow star on the lower left is the favorites (and history is in there too) and the green plus sign with the yellow star is the add to favorites
Tools says "Tools" on the lower right
I can't find my "Edit, View, and File" but haven't needed them to really look. I'm sure they're there somewhere! LOL!

Tools > View > Toolbars > Standard

you have to press the alt key on your keyboard to see it :)
