Christmas is the perfect time for us to get another dog. We have one already but he needs a friend and we love animals so this will work out great! Thanks for the comments and opinions!

I agree with above, Christmas is a bad time to get a puppy. It's a better idea to wrap up all the doggie things you'll need and then tell your child you will be going out to pick out a puppy after Christmas time.

Christmas is a terrible time to get a puppy. Too much chaos. Plus, if you don't research a reputable breeder, don't be surprised if/when the puppy has medical issues.
