Does Tylenol sometimes make your baby poop? I gave some to my daughter for the first time yesterday and she pooped. Maybe it was a coincedence but I was just curious. She didn't have a runny poo or anything it was a normal one.

I guess it could but if it is normal then I wouldn't worry about it. But if she starts having loose poops or throwing up then you should take her to the doctor immediately as she could be having a reaction. But don't over react because if it is a normal poo as you said then nothing to worry about.

No, but I hope you pediatrician explained that infant's tylenol is MUCH STRONGER than children's tylenol because it is designed to lower fever faster; as it is more dangerous for infants. So, be really careful on how much you administer to her. Yes, the sugar in it may make her poop if her little tummy isn't used to it.........

no, but if you gave her Tylenol for teething, teething can cause extra pooping.
